product colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen;
packaging may occasionally differ from photographs shown on the website;
measurements and product specifications are provided as accurately as reasonably possible; and
availability is subject to stock.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, specifications and prices where necessary.

If a product is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer you a suitable alternative or provide a full refund.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After you place your order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).

Where applicable, prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.

The price payable for a product will be the price displayed on the website at the time you place your order, except where there has been an obvious pricing error.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

8. Your Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you generally have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods.

You do not normally need to provide a reason for cancelling.

If your order contains multiple products delivered separately, the cancellation period generally runs from the date you receive the last product.

You may also use any cancellation form we provide, but you are not required to do so.

9. Returns

If you cancel your order under your statutory cancellation rights, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Goods should be returned in an appropriate condition. You may handle the goods as you would reasonably need to in order to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

10. Refunds

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and the applicable standard delivery charge.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are generally only required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered.

We will normally issue the refund using the same payment method you used to place your order, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer law.

11. Products That Cannot Be Returned

13. Promotional Codes and Offers

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts or other special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
only one promotional code may be used per order;
promotional codes may have an expiry date;
promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases; and
we reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where permitted by law.
